They are specialists in shade architecture and sell many types of umbrellas that are perfect for the beachside or a terrace garden.

 

There have been many irate customers who have a terrible experience shopping with Leisure World. The issues were varied ranging from poor quality products to bad customer service. A customer had bought a product that was worth more than $200 but it completely fell off within a few days of placing it in the patio. It was so delicate that it literally crumbled. The customer felt that she would get a refund or at least a refund but she was grossly mistaken.  A full store credit or exchange would have also been good. But none of this happened. To the customer’s horror, she was offered only $40 store credit. Her actual purchase invoice amounted to $200 and she was offered less than a quarter of the sum. Even to get this paltry sum, she had to repeatedly call the customer care and the store manager repeatedly. This was very pathetic service from the store. Another customer felt that the furniture was not of great quality. Though the price was at par with the market value, the actual product did not meet prevailing industry standards. The customer service after sales was also pretty poor and people were dissatisfied. The first example is a typical incident to illustrate this point. The availability of products also varies, especially when it comes to replacement of furniture. Again this can cause inconvenience related to delayed delivery and one may have to settle for a different design. Most gullible people tend to get carried away by offers and discounts but one should double check them always. Even reputed stores have flaws and issues. It is best to confirm the terms of the purchase before making the final payment to avoid unnecessary inconveniences.
